JASON SAETRUM BIOGRAPHY: With more than sixteen years of operations management and engineering, project management, outsourcing, client management, customer support, and consulting experience, Jason has served as Chief Operations Engineer, Sr. Operations Manager, Sr. Account Manager, Project Manager, and Training and Quality Assurance Manager. In some of these roles he has managed teams of more than 600 employees at a time. Clients and employers have included JetBlue Airways, Alorica Inc., Gateway Computers, Sega, eMachines, U.S.Robotics, Acer Computers, NEC, and Packard Bell. Globally, Jason has had
direct responsibility for operations in North America (NAM), Latin America
(LAT), Europe (EMEA), and the Philippines (APR). Projects have included
corporate business, operational, and financial analysis; re-engineering
business units to profitability; CRM and WMS software design and
implementation; global outsource customer support and reverse logistics; and
the training of thousands of employees. Jason received a BS in Business
Administration from the University of Utah, David Eccles
School of Business. |
